The Lil Nagas program is an outstanding martial arts training program for younger kids. Through fun activities and games based on the four animal forms, Monkey, Crane, Tiger and Snake, children are taught teamwork, focus and respect.

SMART Kids™ Training

All of our kids classes include our SMART Kids™ program. This is a course that teaches important “stranger danger” and “anti-bullying" defensetechniques, including verbally setting boundaries, situational awareness, and more.

In all of our kids’ programs, children learn to respect themselves, their peers and their instructors. They learn discipline, responsibility and self confidence. All in a safe, empowering, noncompetitive and supportive environment!
